Not that we were a-social to begin with, far from that, but since a little while FontShop BeNeLux has incorporated a number of social media channels in its communication activities. Although FontShop and FontFont already have Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Vimeo, Behance, Isuu, … accounts, FontShop BeNeLux thought it would be useful to deliver localised information to our customers in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxemburg. Plus now you can share any Unzipped post by simply clicking the appropriate icon in the navigation side bar.

Looks like I’m on a kinky streak (pardon the pun). After the vintage 70s and 80s porn logos on The Fontfeed here's another post with nekkid girls. This one however has nothing to do with porn movies, but more with guerilla filming and performance art.

Screenfonts has me looking at the posters of movies currently being released in Belgium and The Netherlands. My main focus is the type used on those posters, yet that doesn’t stop me from voicing my opinion on the overall design.

Let’s get this series back on track. ;)

Still playing catch-up, so here are the February releases.

Now this is embarrassing. I completely lost track of the time passing and seem to have neglected both popular sections Screenfonts and My Type of Music. I should just pretend nothing happened and post a new episode, but I even had all my images prepared, so this is the – very long – overdue episode with the January releases. January!? Whoopsiedaisy...

I've got something special for the end of the year. Igepa Belux did a remarkable paper promotion for their Lessebo Design range a little while ago. Herman Houbrechts and Tom Hautekiet, two of Belgium’s finest and most renowned graphic designers, designed an archive of twenty gorgeous posters for fictitious movies.

Yet another monthly overview – no going back to a bi-weekly schedule in the foreseeable future unfortunately.

A new month, a new episode, though I sure hope I can get it back on track as a two-weekly feature.

It’s been over a month since we checked some movie posters, so – before I continue with the serious stuff – let’s! :)
